Cooking Classes

Below is the 2008 Cooking Class schedule at Park Street.  Please put a check mark
next to each class that you would like to attend.  We will contact you one week before
the class for a reminder.

All classes are $29.95 each and you will be billed 24 hours in advance to insure
the minimum (10) number of people required to facilitate the class.

  Making Sauces - Mar 1st, 2:30pm, A variety of sauces made from the five mother sauces
  Seasonings and Marinades, April 5th, 2:30pm - Dry rubs, marinades, spices
  Soups - May 3rd, 2:30pm - Chowders, cream soups, broth soups, and bisques
  Shellfish - June 7th, 2:30pm - Oysters, scallops, mussels, shrimp, clams
  Pasta - July 5th, 2:30pm - Ravioli, gnocchi, lasagna, tortellini
  Fish - August 9th, 2:30pm - Whole fish, fish fillet, cured fish, grilled fish
  Salads and Veggies - Sept. 6th, 2:30pm - A variety of quick made salads and simple vegetables
  Cooking Techniques - Oct. 4th, 2:30pm - Grilling, saute', broiling, roasting
  Meats - Nov. 8th, 2:30pm - Chops, medallions, lamb, pork
  Starches - Dec. 6th, 2:30pm - Risotto, polenta, rice, etc.
